We highly appreciate your trust and want the process of receiving and using our services to be as transparent and comfortable as possible. Below you will find detailed refund and cancellation rules for all types of services we provide.
1. Individual Consultations and Personal Therapy
- Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Consultations can be canceled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. In this case, a full refund or rescheduling to another date is available at no additional cost. - Late Cancellation:
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session, no refund will be provided, as the specialist’s time has already been reserved. - No-Show by Client:
If the client does not attend the session and fails to notify in advance, the payment is non-refundable. - Force Majeure:
In exceptional cases (illness, unforeseen circumstances), an individual arrangement for rescheduling or partial refund may be considered.
2. Online Courses and Digital Programs (e.g., “7 Days of Calm”)
- Access After Payment:
Immediately after payment is confirmed, the client receives full access to the digital content. For this reason, refunds are not possible once access has been granted. - Technical Difficulties:
If clients experience issues logging in or downloading materials, our technical support will promptly assist in restoring access. - Exceptional Situations:
In the event of double payment or a technical error during the transaction, a full refund will be issued.
3. Webinars and Corporate Programs
- Cancellation of Participation:
Participation can be canceled no later than 48 hours before the start of the webinar. In this case, the client is entitled to a full refund or the option to attend another event. - Late Cancellation:
If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the event, no refund will be provided; however, access to a webinar recording (if available) may be granted. - No-Show Without Notice:
If a client or group fails to attend without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable. - Organizer’s Cancellation:
If a webinar is canceled by us, the client will be offered either a full refund or participation in a similar event of their choice.
4. Digital Materials (Audio, Video, PDF, Meditations)
- Non-Refundable:
Since these materials are delivered in a digital format and become available immediately after payment, refunds are not possible. - Technical Failures:
If the client does not receive access due to a system error on our side, we are obliged to promptly restore access or issue a full refund.
5. General Provisions
- Processing Time:
All refund requests are reviewed individually and processed within 5–10 business days. - Refund Methods:
Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, e-wallet, cryptocurrency, etc.). - Support and Communication:
We are always open to dialogue and ready to offer alternative solutions — such as rescheduling, access to additional materials, or partial refunds in exceptional cases. - Client-Centered Approach:
Our mission is not only to comply with policies but also to ensure that every client is satisfied with their experience and receives real value from our services.
This policy reflects the specifics of psychological online services: some are non-refundable (digital content), while others can be flexibly rescheduled or compensated (consultations, webinars).
